The pick-up was convenient and communication was good during the process. They were a little later than expected, but I was prepared to have a few days to be free besides my preferred day. The drop off was done early and I was lucky to have family that was able to take the car since I was in Arizona and not at the drop off site in Texas. The customer service was readily available to help with communication during the process. Thank you.
